El Chapulin Colorado Ice Cream is a Hispanic ice cream and snack shop located in Poughkeepsie, New York. Cesar, the marketing director, reached out to me to manage their social media accounts. We focused mainly on Instagram and incorporated a TikTok strategy later on. After less than three months together, Cesar has reported back that there has been an spike in customers compared to 2023. Going into the Fall, we will be focusing our attention on raising awareness for mobile orders.
